Alumni Association Elections 2026

The Alumni Association Election-2026 will be held online, to maximize participation of Alumni, through a secured online portal. This portal has the provision to check ‘Registration Status’ for Alumni. The Alumni Association webpage on the UET website will serve as the point of contact and dissemination of information. Prof. Dr. Riaz Akbar Shah, Department of Mechatronics Engineering, UET Peshawar, has been appointed as the Returning Officer for conducting the Election of Office Bearers of Alumni Association for a Two-year term:

President.
Vice President.
General Secretary.
Finance Secretary.
Information & Public Relations Secretary.

SCHEDULE

1.	Issuance of nomination papers (available on UET website).	24.12.2025
2.	Last date for submission of nomination paper	15.01.2026
3.	Withdrawal of nomination papers	19.01.2026
4.	Scrutiny of nomination papers and announcement of final eligible candidates.	23.01.2026
5.	Date of Elections (Online voting)	28.01.2026 to 30.01.2026

Blank nomination papers can be downloaded from the Alumni Association Webpage: https://www.uetpeshawar.edu.pk/alumni-association/. Nomination papers must be submitted in-person at the Alumni Office, UET Peshawar. Polling will be held online from 28.01.2026 to 30.01.2026, while In-person from 9:00 am. to 04:00 pm on 28.01.2026 at the Alumni Association Office, UET Peshawar for Sr. Citizens only.
