• Deposit Convocation Fee in A/C Account Number 205505522. On successful fee deposit, the candidate will receive a sequence number/transaction ID, 4 digits bank branch code and date of transaction. This information will be used as authentication key for online registration. (Rs 1500/- for UET Graduate and Rs.3000/- for graduates of affiliated engineering colleges (Non-refundable)

Instructions

• Candidates that have graduated (B.Sc, M.Sc, Ph.D) from UET, Peshawar with in the Year 2025 are eligible for convocation 2026 expected in 1^st week February 2026.
• Candidates have to submit Convocation Registration Fee of Rs. 1500/- for graduates of UET Peshawar and Rs. 3000/- for graduates of affiliated engineering colleges (Non-refundable) in any branch of United Bank Ltd. throughout Pakistan in Account Number 205505522. On successful fee deposit, the candidate will receive a sequence number/transaction ID, 4 digits bank branch code and date of transaction. This information will be used as authentication key for online registration.
• UET Peshawar reserves the right to issue invitation cards to postgraduates and gold medalists for participation of Parents/Guardian as per capacity of sitting
• Participation in rehearsal is mandatory which shall be held a day before convocation.
• I shall attend rehearsal a day before convocation.
• I shall reach hall at 8:00 a.m. on the convocation day and in case late may not be allowed to enter the hall.
• Shall not create any problem during convocation. Handover mobile or anything else for security reasons.
• Hood and gowns can be obtained from their respective Departments/Academic regulation section @Rs 1500/- as security fees (refundable)
• Parents may be allowed as per capacity of hall. Shall not accompany children inside the hall.
