Student Services Center (SSC)
The Student Services Center (SSC) was established at UET Peshawar, on March 25, 2024, to facilitate undergraduate and graduate students, as well as alumni, positively and proactively within a specific period. The SSC assures the best service delivery and effective support to improve efficiency and address students’ matters related to campus management solutions, academics, accounts, examinations, clearance, and scholarships, etc. The student query process consists of the following five steps.
- The student’s request is received at the reception.
- A token is then provided to the student, along with a deadline for task completion.
- Desk staff and the relevant sections coordinate to resolve student queries.
- Relevant documents, transcripts, certificates, etc., are provided to the desk staff.
- The required documents are issued to students on specified dates.
The SSC serves as a hub of all academic activities in the university, and is committed in resolving the academic issues of all students under one-window operation. To this purpose, the SSC operates in a close connection with all teaching and non-teaching departments. Currently the following offices are operational in the SSC building:
- Undergraduate Studies
- Postgraduate Studies
- Controller of Examinations
- Financial Aid and Scholarships
- Student Affairs
- Campus Management Solutions
- Central Library/Provost Office/Director Clubs/Directorate of Sports/Career Development Cell (Clearance Facility Only)
- Accounts Section
