Dr. Muhammad Zeeshan Zahir

Dr. Muhammad Zeeshan Zahir is a renowned academic and researcher in the fields of Environmental and Thermal Engineering. Holding a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering with a specialization in Environmental and Thermal Engineering, Dr. Zeeshan’s research interest includes Heat Transfer, Aerosol Sampling, and Air Quality Control. His innovative work has been widely published in peer-reviewed journals, reflecting his significant contributions to these critical areas. Currently, Dr. Zeeshan serves as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at UET Peshawar. He has made significant contributions beyond his teaching and research roles, serving as an OBE Program Team Member (PTM), Semester Coordinator, Sports Incharge, FYP Exhibition Coordinator, and FYP Committee Member. His involvement with the Korean National Research Foundation (NRF) and the Korean Association for Particle & Aerosol Research (KAPAR) further underscores his international engagement and expertise. Dr. Zeeshan has participated in numerous research projects funded by the Korean government and is currently working on “Chair on Gas Engineering” research project, sponsored by SNGPL, Pakistan. Dr. Zeeshan’s unwavering dedication to academic excellence and departmental development demonstrates his commitment to advancing the field of engineering and fostering the growth of future engineers.
