Engr. Talat Bilal has Master of Science Rock in Mechanics from the University of Engineering and Technology Peshawar. He has also done Accredited Gemologist Diploma from Asian Institute of Gemological Sciences, Bangkok, Thailand. He is doing PhD in Mines safety from the University of Engineering and Technology Peshawar.
