Dr. Rehan an Associate Professor in the department of Basic Sciences and Islamiat UET, Peshawar has completed his PhD at the COMSATS institute of information and technology, Islamabad, PAKISTAN in 2012. He further held Postdoctoral appointment at Durham University, UK Iin 2013. His Academic background and research experience offer a favorable support to the university, where he continues to inspire and educate students in the field of Applied Mathematics.
Dr. Rehan’s research glamour revolves around aspects associated with the Mathematical Modelling in Computational Fluid Dynamics and Non-Linear Dynamics. Dr. Rehan is interested in supervising Master and Doctoral research students in their research projects. He has formerly supervised students on postgraduate studies in mathematical Modelling, cognition, and argumentation, students’ perception of the keys of advanced mathematical concepts (such as analysis, algebra, trigonometry, and logic). In addition, he is interested in supervising doctoral studies in assessment in higher education. He has published over 100 research papers in prestigious academic journals.
