Dr. Sakhi Zaman is a distinguished academician and researcher known for his contribution to the field of Computational and Applied Mathematics. He got Ph.D. in Applied Mathematics from the Department of Basic Sciences & Islamiat, UET Peshawar. He dedicated his career to explore sustainable solutions of the challenges in the area of Applied Mathematics. Dr. Zaman’s research focuses on numerical solution of highly oscillatory problems. Such problems appear in the field of Diffraction Theory and Optics in physics, Quantum
Chemistry, Signal Processing, Electrodynamics, Computerized Tomography, Seismology image processing and Fluid Mechanics. His work has been published in numerous peer-reviewed journals, showcasing his expertise and innovative approaches to the problems of the above-mentioned field. Dr. Zaman is actively involved in MS and PhD program at Post Graduate level by offering applied subjects for Mathematics and Engineering students. He also contributed to review research papers for some prestigious Journal worldwide.
