Engr. Shabir Hussain is currently working as a Lecturer in Department of Civil Engineering, University of Engineering and Technology Peshawar, Jalozai Campus, since 2016. He has eleven years of professional teaching experience. He has also worked in construction industry on Geotechnical Engineering Projects in Pakistan as well as Gulf Region. He has completed his BSc Civil Engineering Degree from UET Peshawar in 2012, and Master of Science Degree in Geotechnical Engineering from NICE SCEE NUST Islamabad in 2017. He is currently pursuing his PhD degree from UET Peshawar. His Research area is soil stabilization and slope stability analysis of sustainable, economical and environment friendly mechanically stabilized earth walls. He has keen interest in geotechnical instrumentation and experimentation.
