Prof. Dr. Sahar Noor is a certified professional in Educational Organization Management System (EOMS) and Bloom’s Taxonomy, with accreditation expertise from the Pakistan Engineering Council. He holds a BSc in Mechanical Engineering, an MSc in Metallurgical Engineering, and a PhD in Scheduling of Manufacturing Systems using AI Tools. With over two decades of experience at UET Peshawar, he has held various administrative roles and spearheaded initiatives in quality assurance and educational transformation. He has led projects on Outcome-Based Education (OBE) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), while his research focuses on sustainable manufacturing, AI applications, and quality management. With international exposure and over 60 research publications, his contributions span academia, industry, and policy development in Pakistan.
