Arsalaan Khan Yousafzai is a faculty member in the Department of Civil Engineering at UET Peshawar, specialising in pavement materials and highway engineering. He earned his BSc in civil engineering and MSc in urban infrastructure engineering degrees from UET Peshawar in 2010 and 2014, respectively. Currently, he is pursuing PhD in Highway Engineering at Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS, Malaysia, under the HEC’s prestigious Overseas Scholarship, focusing on sustainable asphalt materials. He has published research on the use of waste materials in asphalt and civil engineering applications. At UTP, he also serves as a Graduate Assistant, teaching undergraduate courses such as Highway Engineering and Geomatics. He actively supervises student research and contributes to curriculum development as well.
