Dr. Irfan Jamil serves as a Lab Engineer in the Department of Civil Engineering, UET Peshawar. He pursued his BSc, research-based MSc and PhD in Civil Engineering from UET Peshawar. His PhD research topic was “Response of Piled Raft Foundation: An Experimental and Numerical Study”. During his master’s research work, he developed a simplified model for the analysis of Piled Raft Foundation named as “WMPR” Winkler model for Piled Raft.

He published more than 23 papers in National & International peer-reviewed journals.  His area of specialty is structural Engineering with a focus on Soil-Structure interaction.
