Dr. Muhammad Adeel Arshad

Assistant Professor

Dr. Muhammad Adeel Arshad is an academic and professional in the field of civil engineering from Abbottabad, Pakistan. He completed his primary and secondary education at Army Burn Hall School and College in Abbottabad, which laid the groundwork for his interest in engineering.

He pursued a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering at the University of Engineering and Technology, Peshawar (UETP) from 2003 to 2007. Shortly after graduation, he was appointed as a lecturer in the Civil Engineering Department at UETP.

Dr. Arshad received an overseas scholarship to further his studies and earned a Master’s degree in Earthquake Engineering and Engineering Seismology from the Rose School of Earthquake Engineering in Pavia, Italy. He went on to complete a Ph.D. in Civil Engineering, specializing in structures/bridges.

In 2016, Dr. Arshad was appointed as an Assistant Professor at UETP. In addition to teaching, he served as the Manager of University-Industry Interaction at the ORIC office, facilitating collaboration between academia and industry. He is also involved in consultancy services, with key interests in structural instrumentation and testing.
