Dr. Muhammad Noman

Assistant Professor

Dr. Muhammad Noman is currently working as an Assistant Professor and head of Renewable Energy Engineering Program at U.S.-Pakistan Center for Advanced Studies in Energy, University of Engineering & Technology Peshawar. He has received his B. Sc. Degree from the School of Electrical Engineering and Computer Sciences (SEECS), National University of Science and Technology (NUST), Pakistan. In 2009, he attained his Master’s degree in Microelectronics and Photonics from Hogskolan I Halmstad, Sweden. He has earned his PhD degree in 2014 from Politecnico di Torino, Italy and continued his services as Post doctorate researcher in the same university for a year. Since 2016, he is working at U.S.-Pakistan Center for Advanced Studies in Energy, University of Engineering & Technology Peshawar. In 2018, he went to Arizona State University, USA as an exchange Faculty and worked at Photovoltaic Reliability Lab, one of the leading lab in U.S. for Photovoltaic module testing and certification. He is author of many reputable impact factor journal articles, book and recipient of research grants including NRPU. He has also worked with the KP Government and other institutions as a consultant on various solar projects.
