Engr. Nadeem Ahmed
Engr. Nadeem Ahmed is a Certified Computer Systems Engineer with extensive experience in IT education and system administration. With an MS in Computer Application from the University of Aeronautics and Astronautics in Beijing, China, and a B.E in Computer Systems Engineering from NED University in Pakistan, he has built a strong foundation in hardware and software configuration, LAN design, and network troubleshooting, His expertise in TCP/IP and other protocols, combined with his problem-solving abilities and leadership skills, has made him an asset in both academic and technical environments.
Throughout his career, Mr. Ahmed has held numerous Assistant Professor positions at prestigious institutions including UET Peshawar, Kohat University of Science and Technology, UET Taxila, and the Pakistan Institute of Engineering and Applied Sciences. His responsibilities have ranged from training students in Computer Engineering and Science to modifying course curricula, directing software engineering labs, and establishing specialized technical laboratories. Notably, he served as Acting Dean of IT at Dr. A.Q, Khan Institute, where he managed IT department projects, developed syllabi for graduate and undergraduate programs, and established examination policies.
Beyond academia, Ahmed has valuable industry experience as a System Administrator at Heavy Mechanical Complex in Taxila and as a Lecturer at Oakland Computronics in Peshawar. In these roles, he honed his skills in system administration, hardware and software troubleshooting, and IT training. His technical project work includes specialized studies in designing Computerized Power Plants, he also has a firm grip on MANETS (Mobile Ad hoc Networks) and completed a thesis on the Design of Distributed File Systems. Ahmed’s combination of academic expertise and practical knowledge makes him a well-rounded IT professional capable of both teaching complex technical concepts and implementing solutions to real-world computing challenges.
