Engr. Zia ur Rahman is a distinguished faculty member of DCE UET Bannu campus. With a MSc. in Geotechnical Engineering, he has dedicated his career to exploring sustainable solutions for challenges faced during design of complex foundations. His research is focused upon mitigation of the problems from various kinds of settlements in clayey soil beneath foundations. His work has been published in numerous peer-reviewed journals, showcasing his expertise and innovative approaches to design issues of foundations on problematic soil. Beyond academia, Engr. Zia ur Rahman is actively involved in community outreach programs. His passion for research and commitment to promote best practices in the field of engineering is inspiration to aspiring the juniors and youngsters worldwide.
