Prof. Dr. Shahid Maqsood is a professor in the department of Industrial Engineering. He holds a BSc in Mechanical Engineering, and a PhD in Scheduling of Manufacturing System. With over two decades of experience at UET Peshawar, he has held various administrative roles and spearheaded initiatives in quality assurance and educational transformation. He has led projects on Outcome-Based Education (OBE) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), while his research focuses on sustainable manufacturing, AI applications, and quality management. With international exposure and over 60 research publications, his contributions span academia, industry, and policy development in Pakistan.
